**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with customers, providing information about products, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a strong sales acumen.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
2. Recommend, select, and help locate the right product based on customer needs.
3. Describe a product's features and benefits.
4. Demonstrate use and operation of the product.
5. Answer questions regarding the product.
6. Explain technical product aspects to non-technical customers.
7. Contact customers to follow up on purchases, suggest new products, and inform them of promotions.
8. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role.
2. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.
4. Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
5. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
7. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely and professional manner.

8. Must be able to work opening shifts.
