Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and provide exceptional service
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Upsell products to increase sales and meet sales targets
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Manage inventory and restock merchandise as needed
- Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system

Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to be a team player and have fun
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills

We're looking for people who are able to work early mornings (4:00 am - noon); midday (9:00 - 4:00) or evenings (3:00 - 9:00). Hours have some flexibility. Weekends and holidays may be required. Credentials Needed

No Experience Needed: food service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education: High school or equivalent, Asst. Mgr: 2 years supervisory experience (Preferred )

Salary: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
