We are seeking a dependable and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and providing exceptional customer service. Your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of product quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle cash and make accurate transactions.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations during assigned shifts.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Train new employees on job duties and company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling protocols are followed.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures, including dress code, punctuality, and attendance.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds.
